• 4 pineapple chunks
• 2 oz Deadhead Rum
• .5 oz fresh lime juice
• .5 oz banana liqueur (Giffard’s Banane du Bresil preferred)
• 4 dashes orange bitters
Muddle pineapple in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients, shake with ice and strain into a tiki mug with ice.
