Original Drink by Lulu Ayala
• 2 oz DeadHead Dark Chocolate rum
• 1 1/2 oz fresh pressed pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz coconut cream unsweetened
• 3/4 oz cinnamon syrup ( homemade simple syrup recipe equal parts sugar & water – add cinnamon sticks to boil)
add sprinkle of nutmeg
*shake with ice and strain over Ice sphere
*sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top
