• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. ginger syrup (1:1 water to sugar)
• 3 oz. spiced Deadhead (flavored with vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg,
allspice, star anise, black pepper, cloves, white pepper, orange peel)
• 4 oz. clamato (we clarified ours for presentation – doesn’t alter taste)
Combine ingredients, stir with ice, strain into serving glass
Add tabasco pearls to taste (a dash while making the drink would work just
as well – but without the presentation flare)
