DEVIL'S CHOCOLATE

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Deadhead Rum

Milk

Dark chocolate

Marshmallows

 

METHOD

Scald 2 cups milk in a  saucepot, but make sure it doesn’t

boil. Remove from heat and add 110

grams dark chocolate; whisk until

smooth. Stir in up to 2 tablespoons

of Deadhead Rum adding more or less, depending on your preference.

 

GARNISH

Serve with marshmallows, if desired.
